Brantley County had a great week celebrating the centennial of our county! Huge thanks to Mr. Dillan Lee for creating a google slide presentation documenting that history!
The Heron cross county team competed in the state meet this week. We are very proud of all our runners!
The JV football team lost a hard fought game against Pierce and the varsity team lost a nail bitter on Friday night to Tattnall.
The basketball teams will have their scrimmage the week after next. We look forward to a great season!
The wrestlers started this week and have been working hard.
We have many clubs that are starting their fall competitions soon and we would love to see students join an extra-curricular activity!
We will be sending home progress reports home on Wednesday, Nov. 11. Please make sure you are monitor your students progress. We have 4.5 weeks to go until this semester is wrapped up. We will also be having End-of- Course Exams beginning December 9th. We will be giving EOC’s in the following classes; American Literature, US History (excluding dual enrollment students), Biology, and Algebra 1.
All students will be taking finals this semester. Our grade/attendance incentive has been suspended this year due to COVID 19 .
