Our Herons had a great week! Our students have gotten into the grove in their classes. The clubs at BCHS are starting their final stretch before conferences and our athletic teams are performing wonderfully. The wrestlers made the state dual meet for the second time in school history and they performed admirably while there. The basketball team continues to plug away in their region schedule. Our spring sports are starting to get underway with baseball, soccer, and tennis getting underway with conditioning.

We have a holiday on Monday, so we will see students on Tuesday! However, we continue to have things going on at the school!

Our wrestling team qualified for the state dual (team) tournament for the second time in school history! We are proud of our wrestlers and their coaches! Go Herons!

Mattie Ann Davis won big this weekend at the Hog Show! Our FFA has had a marvelous year so far! We expected that trend to continue with the state FFA conference coming up! Mattie Ann will finish up her time as State Vice President at this conference!

Our FBLA continues to strive as well. Elizabeth Howell is a national FBLA officer and has done great things locally and on the national level!

Our basketball teams both beat Liberty on Tuesday night and Charlton on Saturday. They fell to Pierce on Friday, but it was a hard fought contest at The Nest.
